build my website

I want a website with 2 main functions: blog and community! I have some specific wants for the community which make it impossible for me to build it myself with an app. Id like a community where you become a member and with the information you provide during your registration it wil create your personal page. there wil be a friends page where you see miniatures of all the mebers and by clicking on the miniature you go to there miniprofile which they can connect to there social media. On the member profile you can choose to insert your location. When you go to the community page you ll find a world map which will show all the members and where they are. You can click on people on the map and go to there page or start to chat. The map wil all so show 4 different kind of pins with tips. Only one role can add these pins(not all members). the pins will have 4 different colours(1 food 2 accommodation 3 hidden gems 4 (ad)ventures) if you click on the pin a pop up will come with details and sometimes a link to a blog or social media post about this(so there should be the possibility to add a link when creating new pins) the blog is pretty basic, also a page where i can put a quote an event planning option.
