The site pages can be 1. Home 2. gallery 3. About us [login to view URL] Us
user view the gym details c. and proceed to register.
User registration will be based on the step forms
a. user selects pacakage
b. input his identity details
c-accept terms and conditions.
c. proceed to pay the subscription integration via moyassar apple pay , stc pay , visa ( all provided by moyasar no problem with simple web payment which shows powered by moyasar ).
d. generate a pdf invoice and send on customer whatsapp
Admin dashboard
Show on homepage total number of active members , total number of inactive memberships,
1. manage Gyms a. add/edit the gym details b. Assign subscription packages to the gyms.
2. manage packages a. create/edit/delete subscription packages
[login to view URL] users add/delete users with denied permission to add and edit packages or gyms
4-approve pause on membership requested by members and change expiry date automatically by adding x number of days to current expiry date.
5-Add a new member from admin dashboard ( Form Fields- First Name -> Last Name -> dob-> Email -> ID number -> Choose package -> added by stamp(if added by admin or user and timestamp, source of membersip walk-in customer , or web )
6-see all members with details and subscription expiry date. ( expired members red row )
7-pause a membership for x number of days that will be added to the joining date . (formulas provided in excel ).
8-filter members by id number and/ or mobile number as admin likes to . (from search box )
User Dashboard
1-permissions from admin dashboard clause 5,6,7,8
Members dashboard
1. Registered members can login to view their dashboard see their details like name , etc membership status , expiry date.
2. View their current subscription details
3. renew their subscription.
4. Request a pause on membership.
