hello the example website you provided is not Freelancer marketplace as we deal more with online jobs. This is more like local job board for finding plumber, electricians..etc. I can build site like that in 20 days with modern layout based on your example or you can get some proposal for layout from me. I will work with php and wont use any 3rd provider CMS. So you will have one of the kind website on market. And this is most important part if you expect better Google place in search results.
