It is because when many people will enter into the platform and will explore movies ( which may be link but having big file size to run on). Platform shouldn’t be slow. 2. Hello there, Your description was very brief and budget set low for what this entails and the experience and team required to build something like this successfully for the scale of use of an ISP so I can't quite make out if this is a serious project or not.
