I am working on a new project for which I need a responsive website with a simple UI to be developed. It will show information based on category selected either through search or a category index. An intermediate page having information / options on the category selected. Based on selected option, it will prompt for a form to submit some information. Form would be applicable for a logged in User which means there would be a simple registration with mobile and email verification, therefore a prompt at this stage to login/register, in case if not. Each form submit to be stored in a database and shown in simple report accessible to admin user. A system to add/edit categories and information/options related to that category for user selection. few static pages such as about us, terms of use, how it works, I understand the above is just a brief and keen to know to what extent details are needed in order to get a qualified quote for this project. Key Points: Looking for the website to be preferably developed fresh using php/mysql fresh using secure standards and not using any CMS system. I expect the source code to be handed over upon completion of the project. Please submit quote upon clearly understanding the scope of work to avoid any confusion subsequently.
