Car Portal site

So here's the detail

I need a car portal site integrated with Invision Power Board 2.0 (that i already have), I already have the design, now i only need someone to code for me, PHP with MySQL database

It's basically a clone of [url removed, login to view] integrated with Invision power board forum, and latest forum threads or other components of the forum should be able to show on the home page.

and there are some small stuff such as polls, info submition, etc.
