CS-CART Sales Tracking Code & Coupon Tracking Work Needed

First I am explaining how this affiliate by the name refira works - When users visits our website and share it on their (Facebook, Twitter etc) then they get discount coupon after sharing and that discount coupon can be used to purchase any product(s) on the website. That coupon needs to be tracked on affiliate marketers website(refiral) after the checkout is done on our website. Somehow I am not able to pass these variables.
