I have an eprom hexfile that calculates yields on fixed income securities in our yield calculator. See lanesystems.net. One of the functions calculates a "Settlement Date", as of the coming September 5 2017, the settlement date calculation will change from 3 days to 2 days. The source code written in Quick basic was lost 15 years ago. I have the code in Visual Basic and in Visual Basic the change is simply changing a 3 to a 2. I need to find a way to change the correct 3 to a 2 in the hex code.

Is the code not readable within visual basic either. I have over 15 years experience in visual basic and I am sure I would be able to compile the vb. version source code ?
