change phpbb forum to match my main site.

The main site has a Custom look and feel with a nice FLASH Menu. I've added a phpbb forum and before I link it, I would like a php_guy to change the basic forum to match my main sites look and feel.
phpbb by default Stretches out the pages to full browser width and I would like to have it centered and the same page width as my primary site, so that it flows well. I also want the Flash Menu to be the header for the phpbb forum, along with the normal forum buttons below it. The idea is that they can easily navigate back to other pages.
