AI Chat Tool for Financial Data Extraction

Hi All,

A relative of mine is looking to have someone develop a chatgpt kind of tool. Frankly speaking, I am not sure whether his requirement needs such a tool though. Without divulging too much, he currently has, let's say, a Knowledge base (I don't think all this data is fed into some sort of DB) that has legally available financial information - this information is queried and the required details are extracted for consumption.

To give an example, we need a list of individuals/companies having a networth of more than $100k - this tool should have the ability to take this requirement in the form of a question and spit out the list. This tool is expected to be used by mostly non-tech guys, so, it is expected that the questions will be asked in such a manner.

A small subset of data will be provided for a POC (this will be a paid POC) and based on the acceptance of the POC result, the project will be taken forward. The eventual amount of data this tool is expected to trawl through is quite large. How large? I don't know at this point.

Some points:

a) I will not be acting as an intermediary. I will be putting you in touch with my relative and you guys will be taking it forward.

b) This relative of mine works in a financial firm in the US and the subset of data (for the POC) will be provided by him.

c) Currently, this work (explained above) is being done by 5-6 people in the US - if it matters.

d) I don't know about the legal processes or procedures (for example, NDA) that need to be followed when signing the POC - this will need to be discussed between both of you directly.

Please DM me if you have any queries or need clarification on any of the points mentioned above. The cost mentioned is something I had to do because it was mandatory and it is not reflective of the final cost that you negotiate with the individual I mentioned above.
