Cleanup custom built website that has been hacked, and prevent future hacks

As usual I use a keyword in the project, if you don't quote this keyword I will delete your bid and assume you didn't read the brief. I get fed up of the auto bidders on this... The keyword for this one is "glasses" PHP website that has been hacked, we host the site, so you will need to clean it up and change the security settings and whatever weakness was used. The admin login no longer works, and there are bogus review all over the site. I manage the hosting but am subcontracting this one, I did not build the site and we cannot get hold of the previous website designer. I can provide the following: [login to view URL] control panel login (like cPanel but not cPanel. there is no SSH access for example) but does allow the following; - PHPMyAdmin Access - File Manager - MySQL Access - Error Logs - [login to view URL] Support Area FTP Access Access to discuss with the host if need be, but we prefer not... the host default usually is to shut the site down on discovering there is a hack, we want it fixed while live that's easier! Please quote a rough timeline, when you can are working - for example if you finish in 2 hours but start again in 6 hours, that is useful to know for if you need to contact me.
