Hi, I can helpout and finish the setup for you. I have extensive experience in server setup, automation and app deployment. Using sendgrid on day to day basis. I could suggest you may use AWS ses you will have free 50000 email a month. AWS SES has better delivery rate than SendGrid by the way.

Hi. Ipve installed limesurvey withut problem but using installer provider by developpers not bitnami. Bitnami installer is hard tu costum because it is very hard code with dependencies used by bitnami, I've customized bitmamy with logo provided by customers and 've integrated with a severals emails providers like sendgrid even using own email servers postfix based. But if you need mandatory bitnami I ca try to custom it but if isn mandatory I recommend you install limesurvey from sources. Open to questions,
