Complete Python web app.

I have a simple python game, (Similar to casino roulette) that is working as a Demo right now.
I need someone who can create a log in /sign up page for users, so every new users has his own account. The info stored in each account will be only the balance of fake tokens that the user wins or loose in the game.
Second job will be to connect a soccer api to the game so the users can "bet" to a match of a single league I will tell you.
Game right now is working perfectly except for this 2 things.
The game should work in a web browser as it is doing right now, I will provide you my test server for testing and showing me results if you want.
You will also have to add the chips when someone place a bet, this chips are not working at the moment.
I will also provide you the HTML/CSS file of the login form and signup page.
