Connect my CMS server to a remote player (XIBO)

HI this is the second time that I post this project, the last time

the freelance just stopped to answer, why?

Because he didn’t really know how to this job

This is a 10 min. work for those who know how to do it 
What to do?

- There’s a free-source digital signage app called “Xibo”,
witch allow you to mount your own CMS (server with Xampp)
It’s working fine, I can upload videos and also play them
in the local server (same pc for server and player).

- The problem is when I try connect with a another pc
trying to connect remotly.

- The problem is that I don’t really know what’s my 
CMS ADDRESS (I guess in this that it should to be
my domain/ip) but doesn’t really work

- Please ensure that you can make it
