Connect 2 CRM Together

I have leads coming in from 2 different CRMs.
Part A:
We are collecting leads using Wordpress Landing Pages and all the leads goes to FollowUpBoss CRM
(if lead is new it adds to CRM of it already there it add the tag) here is the example list of values we need to store - first name, last name, phone #, email, source, tags, Date of Birth, City etc.
Part B:
We added leads to Infusionsoft CRM through import or website forms.
What We want to connect these 2 CRM together
Part 1: If Lead is added in Followupboss then it should also adds in Infussionsoft without creating a duplicate, with this kind of info (FirstName, LastName, Phone, Email, Source, Tags, Date of Birth, City etc.)
Part 2: If lead in already in Infusionsoft then it should update if any field values. (no duplicated data)
Part 3: If lead is added in Infusionsoft CRM and does not exist in then its add the leads and info in Followupboss crm if already there then update it
So Data can stay consistent
