Connect PHP to IBM db2 Through JDBC

I have a PHP website/application that I need to connect to an IBM DB2 Cloud Database, preferably using JDBC.

My Operating System: OS X

IBM Cloud for front end and back end

what I have done so far:

- created the IBM account, developed the PHP codes, tried the application using XAMPP, MAMP as backend.

The only problem is that I am unable to connect to my IBM db2. Reasons might be that I miss the required codes or commands.

What I need:

-Someone to connect my PHP website/app to my IBM database.

- Screenshots of the developments

- any changes required to my PHP

- any other suggestions
