Please browse to [login to view URL] and see the little box that keeps popping up in the bottom left corner. Please replicate that using php, jquery/bootstrap. It needs to be shown after 5 seconds of loading the page. Have the content read from an array containing a bunch of data consisting of Name, Location, Product, Image URL, which would then be shown in the popup like in the example website.
