We essentially want to keep track of the in and out-goings of the communal client account; so needless to say it contains a lot of sensitive client information.
We would like to make the functionality a little more user friendly (suitable an easy for non-technical users) and easily accessible from one location preferably with additional security features if possible.
Disclaimer: may of the additional functions that are currently in place are buggy and do not work as intended- however it *should* be evident/self-explanatory from the labels, what the aims of said functions are trying to achieve. (e.g. reports showing accurate and concise totals from a selected date range.
The main areas/features are located in the "View/Edit Case Details" form which allows the user to view and edit finances. It also displays a selection of totals at the bottom.
For prospective developer:
I would be available to do some kind of remote-in session where we could go through and clear up things prior to beginning work on the project.
There is a proposal in the word document below "CL db website" which I initially wrote a little while ago, going into more detail on this.
The other labelled "pics" contains 2 redacted snapshots of the current MS Access database.
