I have a spreadsheet that has around 10 Tabs
Tab 1(Opportunity Data) - is data I import so with this new database I need an easy way where I can simply upload or import this data, and it simply adds to the list
Tab 2 (Lead Data)- same as above
Tab 3(Commissions Data) - same as above
Tab 4- Is Reps Targets, so this needs to be a section with in the data base that we are able to edit for every month of the year and keep adding to it
Tab 5-is an Opportunity overview-This takes the data from Tab 1 and presents it IE shows how many Opportunities each rep has and at what stages they are at, It also uses look ups to cross reference against Tab 2 and Tab 3 to provide an over view of what has happened to the Opportunity
Tab 6-Is a Lead over view again same as above
Tab 7-is a commissions overview it essentially looks at Tab 8 and tells me if the commissions has been paid so it is looking up an order and if its been paid it tells me
Tab 8 this is a manual page where I enter all the details of the order, this is used to track all the sales.
So essentially I need it to work like a program doing what the spreadsheet does,
I will provide the spreadsheet to the winner.
Please take the time to read this , and if you are a great programmer/Database designer and have a great understanding of excel this will be an easy task, excel is not overly complicated formuals currently used a basic formulas. the key for me is the importing needs to be easy, and the over view and data entry needs to be easy.
I would even prefer if it had a web front end to make it look sexier, and also give us the ability to access it anywhere.
