I need a security feature to protect ourself from fraud purchase via paypal. We are selling digital items (activation key). After register at our website. Security feature needs to check: - IP (redflag if IP is datacenter IP) run a check on ip-score.com. Check if its proxy flagged. - IP needs to match country user adding in checkout/ user info. Redflag if IP is different country as user insert in checkout. - phone number cannot be VOIP / Skype / google voice number. Phone number country code needs to match country user enter in checkout. - phone verification via SMS OTP. the key after purchase is only available if all checks are not redflagged. - IP matches country - IP is not datacenter IP - IP is not a proxy - OTP via SMS done - Not voip number (google voice not allowed) - phone number matches country user enter in user information (checkout) we can use excisting addons but need to modify the features to apply it on the order section from our customer after he pay.
