Hi, I am looking for someone to help me create a custom amazon skill, I would like a particular mp3 sound file played 5 times a day at certain times throughout the day. Each day the sound file is played at a slightly different time, and would like this played 365 days of the year. Each year the times remain the same. but throughout the year daily the timing changes daily. If someone can walk me through how to do this with the code so i can set this up on my own amazon account. I can enter all the different dates and times myself as it is alot of data entry if you show me how. So basically wanting someone to walk me through how to create an amazon skill on the Alexa developer website for this from scratch to test to build.
