Actually this custom function should be written in Zoho CRM. When Deal in CRM is won and type is "new Tenant", create an invoice in Zoho Books including field values of Deal and Contact Modules of CRM. And your Zoho CRM needs to be integrated with Zoho Books. I can do this within 2 days. Just need to know if Deposit Invoice, Rent Invoice, and Recurring Rent Invoice are different on the bases of Invoice Type??
