I use Wordpress-Woocomerce with the Yith Multivendor and Frontend End manager plugins. I also use Booster for Woocomerce.
Actually all woocommerce product fields are NOT mandatory, so when my vendors add a new product they miss some important fields that are left blank. I cannot let them do that. I need them to always fill some of them.
So what I need you to develop is this:
- At the admin level. Add a checkbox field to EACH AND EVERY woocommerce product field (title, excerpt, description, price, product shipment class, product price, product general attributes, product categories, product labels, etc.) All of them. Allowing me to indicate that this attribute is mandatory to fill.
- On the vendor's product creation page (frontend), force the user to fill in these attributes that have been marked as mandatory by the admin. Some of those fields are select boxes, so I need them to at least choose one of the options. Display an error “You need to fill this attribute”, mark them red.
- I also use a tool from Woocommerce Booster that is just available at the admin [login to view URL] tool allows me to define the time of the day when a product will be sold. That time tool is not available at the vendors front end. I need it to appear also there so that my vendors can use it on their own. I think this is just a matter of telling the vendor's page template to pull the information on as it does with so many other woocommerce fields.
The goal is to avoid my vendors posting new products if they haven't filled in all those required fields.
