Create tokenised payment gateway module for WHMCS

WHMCS doesn't have a module for our payment gateway (first data merchant services).
We currently have a custom module but it has some issues and doesn't use tokens. I'd like to get a new module written that uses tokens for repeat payments.
Needs to support 3d secure, tokens.

It's possible our existing code may be workable and could be updated to save having to start from scratch. Either way, it will certainly save the amount of time needed for research/testing etc.
Bidders should be familiar with WHMCS work, again to save the amount of research time needed vs someone who's never worked on WHMCS modules before.
