CRM & billing system

To work more cost effectively you can use a existing script(we can buy it for you) or you can build it yourself. We want it to be very user friendly and attractive. We want someone who has experience with CRM scripts and who can finish the job in time (30 days). Examples of a script on themeforest: [login to view URL] I would like to have a CRM with billing system (invoices, credit memo’s, subscriptions). There are different roles needed: the user, agents and subagents. The agent must get a specific role (sales represantative, vendors, contractors, other or staff). The agents (sales represantatives, vendors and contractors) should also be able to subdivide into subagents. The user can give commission to the agents for selling products, services and subscriptions (should not be visible for the agent). Same goes for the agent who can give commission to the subagent. This is for own use, but of course we want to have the possibility to resell this to other small companies. You can build everything in English, but we should be able to translate. How the CRM tool should look like: 1. Dashboard To do list: - Tasks - Calls - Meetings - Agenda overview (+ User must be able to see agenda’s, task, calls en meetings of agents/subagents) Invoices: - Invoices not paid - Invoices paid - Recurring subscriptions (monthly view) Clients: - Mails/Questions/tickets? Projects: - Status 2. Relationships Companies: - Adding new clients manually or import them from xls, xlsx or cvs files. - Adding individual contacts to a company (account manager, CEO, marketing manager, etc..) - There should also be an export option. - Adding ‘notes’ to companies/persons 3. Products/services - Adding products and services - Adding subscriptions 4. Invoices - Creating invoices for products, services and subscriptions - Overview of invoices that are send, that are paid, that are not been paid, etc. - Overview of subscriptions (filter on month, year, week, agents, subagents) - Export available (cvs, xlsx, xls, pdf) 5. Leads & Propositions Addling leads - possible leads (contact information ) to follow up: when to call, e-mail, tracking of e-mails/actions, include notes. Add propositions - Assign deals to agents/subagents - Give agents/subagents acces - Send propostions/e-mails to clients - Set deadline date - Set who is responsible or who will work on this project - chat available for people who work on this project - dropbox for files - tracking of actions from every one on this project 6. Chat Talk to someone in private or in Group conversation. Store important file (Integration with Dropbox or other?) 7. Statistics - Overview and statistics - Here should be an option that users can manually add their monthly costs (fixed costs such as internet, car costs,.. & invoices from suppliers, etc.) so that it is possible to get an overview between income & costs every week, month, year. 8. Settings - This is the area where clients change their corporate information - Preference settings: - send me a overview by mail every day, week, month, or not - receive a copy of every invoice send or not - send me a copy of every mail sent from crm or not - email signature for outgoing e-mails - adding writing paper in case the client wants to print deals in his own corporate identity - Billing settings - add a financial year (for example: 1/01/2015 till 21/12/2015) so that the user can get all the financial informatie for that year in a overview and in xls, xlsx, pdf or cvs - choose invoice number to start with - setting up templates (for reminders, terms and conditions, credit memo’s, invoices, thank you notes) - Automatic reminders - Agents/subagents - Adjust information from agents/subagents - Give him acces or not to dashboard, your relationships, invoices (or only invoices related to his clients), subscriptions, statistics, choose the role, etc. - Api for developer
