Crypto Web Wallet and Exchange

Using the [login to view URL] API, it's easy to create Wallets in all Cryptocoins and exchange between them:

We need a modern PHP Web-Wallet and Exchange.
We prefer Laravel.
After Signup with email and password user can open wallets in the 30 Top Cryptocoins (see [login to view URL]).
User can also fund account with FIAT-currency (EUR). So there should be a EUR Wallet also.
Website should be multi-language (we will do the translation later)
There should be a backend, where you can see user information, transactions, deposits etc.
Admin should be able to block user.
Funding in EUR will be manually executed in the backend.
We will deliver a landing page with existing logo, colors and CSS.
