Job Description:
We currently have a sign-up page on which there is a check box that states "I have read and agree to the liability waiver" and the waiver is hyperlinked... However, the new sign-up is not required to read it, click on it, or even click the checkbox to submit the form. We would like that the liability waiver could be added as a drop-down on the submit form, and the submit button be grayed-out until they scroll to the bottom of it, type their name, add their birthdate, and THEN submit.
