o Completes all the fields (basically just the Patient Name) . Show clear instructions on page on how to use as well as restrictions on file uploads etc in the next step. At the bottom we have the ORDER NOW button
o Once all fields are filled in, clicks on ORDER NOW - Payment will be handled by [login to view URL] – please check on their site for integration options.
o After successful payment, dentist is redirected back to website and taken to a page where they must then load the files related to the current product they bought. Files will be big (up to 200MB each, so we need to make provision for this – website will be loaded on a VPS
o After successful upload of the files, they just get a message stating “XYZ – Duration of process, next steps etc”
o Dentoplan now receives an email informing them of the new CASE. Basic summary of the order will be displayed in the email(Name, Contact Info, Product Info). In order to download the files, you need to login to the admin section of website. Each CASE will have a unique reference number eg. #01, #02 etc
o Once logged in to admin, you will be able to download the files after you selected the specific CASE #.
o After the file has been worked on, an initial 2D image/s will be loaded to the clients CASE in PDF format and sent to them via email. The email will contain a link to download the PDF as well
o The dentist now receives an email with the draft designs – A PDF link will be in the mail for them to download, OR they can login to their system to download it on the internet.
o This link will open the website and the dentist once logged in, can go to CASES where he will have the option to either select Approve, or request additional changes (text based request). All this will be listed under the CASE section of the specific item
o IF APPROVED: The dentist must select one of 3 options:

Ideal Treatment Mock-up for Lower Arch
This will then send an email to Dentoplan informing them that the Job has been approved an to proceed with the build with option selected above.
o CHANGES REQUESTED: An email is sent to Dentoplan with the message of changes. Dentoplan to then make changes and once ready, start the process over again as per above steps – mail to client etc. This process will cycle till the Dentist approves the design.
o All changes requested will be logged in website under the current Job as well. So we need to make sure that an entire message log is captured for each step of the process since the initial request at step 1.
o Once the final product is approved Admin receives an email with the selected option of 1, 2, or 3 above. They can then upon completion select the CLOSE CASE button which where they can enter a final message or tracking info of parcel – this once saved, will be mailed to the Dentist.
o Once email is received, he can login to admin to view full ‘transaction history’ and messages.
Dentist will be able to view all past CASE requested along with all steps taken – all steps to have a date and time stamp with it. Under the OPEN CASES and also the CLOSED CASES section in front and admin side
ADMIN will also be able to view open/closed CASES with all the history/steps as above.
So to summarise:
Step 1: Order Product and Pay for it
Step2: ADMIN loads PDF and Dentist can request changes or approve work
Step 3: Final messages are posted and job is set to COMPLETE
Step 4: A full transaction log/history log is viewable on each CASE.
