Custom getACoder Clone - Serious developer only $500

#1 I want a clone to getACoder website with some modification:

- Quick Search link" by major world cities

- There will be 5 tabs instead of 4 and it will read (projects,

buyers, jobs, providers, portfolios)

- Service Buyers and service providers instead of software buyers

and software coders respectively.

- There will be featured projects, featured buyers and featured

jobs

*I'm open to your ideas....better suggestions are welcome*

*Developer with mock-up site similar to getacoder is preferable*
