***ALL CANNED BIDS/RESPONSES WILL BE IGNORED*** We are needing an order entry portal created for our sales reps. This form would pull from a database of products that we would also need to be able to add to, edit, and delete. The ability to add mass amounts of products to the database at once would also be necessary - IE: from a CSV file. From an Admin perspective, we would need the ability to edit the database and manage users. The form entries should be user specific, and the user (sales rep) should be able to view, update, and delete their own order entries, but not the entries of other reps. Once the form is submitted, the data would need to be emailed to the admin. The ability to adjust who the email goes to is important. We would need the ability to edit the format in which the email is delivered so that it makes sense for printing. The form would need to allow the sales rep to attach an image. The visuals of the form are not nearly as important as the functionality, but we would like a developer who is comfortable with design as well as programming. It is important that this system is built in a way that allows us to maintain it completely without the need for outside help. Obviously, additional functionality would be a different story, but this system should account for being able to adjust most every aspect from an administrative standpoint. I really want to find a developer that is local - at least in terms of region (USA), to eliminate any language barriers, and allow for potential telephone communication. I am completely fine with you hosting the system on your server during the development and testing process. However, the developer would need to migrate the system to our servers and ensure its complete functionality before the project would be deemed complete.
