Custom Prestashop module for inquiring about products

Hello, I need a custom Prestashop module: The major requirements are: Front office: A simple contact form on all the product pages. The form should be customizable from the back office and it will have all the basic input fields. Back office: Response listing. Sorting One checkbox for marking done and one delete button. Send email to admin on each form submission. This is a simple basic requirement for a client contacting the admin for a particular product. I need inquiries to be done for multiple products at a time. This will make a list of all the items added for the inquiry and then the visitor can send in all the products for a inquiry. PS: I want to distribute it to my clients, so good to go with plug and play module and it should work with all the prestashop versions.
