Customization in Multi vendor food delivery system -- 2

Its a Laraval based flutter [login to view URL] need 2 functions add in app 1 is Add cooking time in vendor app 2,Tip option is Delivery boy app Customisation are 1, Cooking time Vendor need to add a cooking time before accept order. This cooking time need to show in admin module and assigned delivery boy module. Delivery boy can update the delivery time and this will show in customer module and admin module with notification. Vendor module also needs to update the cooking time this will also show in customer module delivery and admin module with notification. [login to view URL] option in customer app In customer app need to show a selectable tip option like 1%,5%,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,100% This is the percentage of food value this needs to add in total bill under the name of tip amount. This need to reflect at delivery boy account In current system When customer place an order it will show in admin and vendor module with notification Vendor can accept the order.
