We are looking to build a customer web portal that will give the customer the ability to look up availability and pricing for components, as well as track installed component warranty information and invoices. Live help for parts lookup, and lookup by machine.
CUSTOMER MACHINE LOOKUP - When a customer signs up he will list all of his types of equipment he has at his plant. On our end, we will list the major components for this machine that we supply, and he can then look up his machine, view the components, and check our availability which we put on the backend.
COMPONENT HISTORY - This would show invoices for past components purchased and show the date installed and the remaining warranty on the component.
LIVE HELP - Chat with a representative.
Also should be able to search by part number for all of the available components we have uploaded to the Customer portal.
