Develop a Wordpress Child Theme for Houzez Theme with below described modifications

We are a video based real estate company & need an experienced wordpress developer to create a child theme for Houzez wordpress theme to add certain features which are currently not available in the theme.
Required Changes.
1. Search Results should display property videos instead of image thumbnails & the videos should autoplay, just like instagram reels / tiktok.
2. Styling & Layout changes mentioned in detail in the Document attached below.
We want the developer to provide support for the work that is being developed. You should atleast offer 3 months support guarantee for the developed child theme that it wont crash the entire site & will work bug free.
