Developing a event calendar where admin can select a customer/client and choose any date and add a task/event and then assigned to the employee.

I have expertise in Codeigniter V3 and have delivered quite a few sites, web applications etc. in that. Of late I have started working in V4, incase you want that. I have expertise in MySql and have experience of developing several custom web applications and websites of varied complexities. I have developed calendar functionality before for a few sites. I have read through the requirements and am confident of delivering as needed. I do have a few queries: 1. The screenshots from Shiftcare show extra information and functionality - employee's area of expertise, shift concept - I suppose we can ignore them? 2. Event is same as task? 3. Admin can post future task - I suppose it will always be for future task/ event? 4. Only one employee can be assigned to an event/ task? 5. Billing rate will be uniform for all clients and all events? 6. Clock in and clock out - there will be buttons which employee will click? Website will be responsive so that this can be done on phone? 7. Clock out means the work is completed? 8. Start time and clock in; end time and clock out; total hours specified by admin and clocked by employee - all these can vary? 9. Employee login credentials will be entered by admin and conveyed offline? 10. Validate if employee is free when assigning? Lets discuss the above on phone / chat.
