Drupal - setup small Drupal site

Build a small Drupal site:
- Create 1, possibly 2 Drupal templates to be used (Home page may be different). I will provide JPG/s of template. CSS must be used.
- Create Home page for site.
- Create a Contact Us page: should contain a simple contact form that emails the enquiry to Site Admin.
- Standard Admin facilities should include adding/editing/deleting pages and ability to edit Nav menu.
- Create 1 Content Page. I will provide html.
English must be good. Am web company looking for Drupal programmer/s to work with in long term for more projects. Will pay fair prices and always promptly. In return expect work delivered on time and to specifications.
