Drupple Store not working with AWS databases -- 3

Please look at the attached [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] one of these or both may be the files that should do the functions that has stopped working, if so this is on AWS site I believe.
We have code that has quit working, I believe due to PHP script being outdated. Not sure if it is on our store, or in AWS, but I believe it is communication between the store and AWS. The Store emails a purchase receipt, but the information is never passed through to the AWS databases.
Our site uses Druple for the store.
When a customer purchases a SoftClick license the store is suppose to automatically send a receipt to the customer and us (this is working), and generate their license in our AWS database (this is not working).
Here is the basics

The code is suppose to generate a license key and add it and the expiration date to our database, then email the customer with the license key information so they can create their SoftClick account.
We are looking to pay no more than $100.00 for this job.
I need someone to locate and fix the code.
