Duplicate a Interstitial Banner from a mobile Adult page to include in my website

I need to include a Interstitial Banner in my Mobile adult Website.

this Interstitial Banner is banner that show "only" when you click the player in the video , show a banner "300x250" with a black background that cover the page, and you habe to click " continue to watch video" to see the video run.

In the website that need to include this interstitial, is very similar, work with jw player (6 or 7) also work work a transparent image over the video that make run the video, you will understand it when review the work.
