eBay/Amazon listing, repricing, auto ordering function

We are looking for an alternative to PriceYak, Amazon to eBay arbitrage where a list of ASINs are to be entered into the application which will the create eBay listings from those Amazon products with correct VAT and categories assigned.
The pricing on eBay will need to be set by a formula taking into account multiple fixed settings for fixed profit, percentage profit given static values for fees etc.
The items should reprice according to cost changes on Amazon and changes to the formula settings.
Stock levels need to be monitored with fixed quantities being set on the eBay listings.
The system needs to take orders placed on eBay and create the order on Amazon shipping to the specified address. We should be able to query the order to see detailed profit values and order information.
Facilities should be provided to allow product listings on eBay to be ended and mark a product as not to be listed again.

To add a clarification we are selling on eBay, products from Amazon.
An order received on eBay needs to have the order automatically placed on Amazon, shipping to the customer's address, with no input required from us.
Shipping tracking needs to be updated back to eBay once the order has been dispatched.
