I need someone experienced in eBay APIs. The job is urgent but must take a short time.

I need a Platform Notification listener to be set up in PHP 4 or 5. It has to log information into a text file each time there is a purchase made on my eBay shop. Basically I need all of the information that eBay sends to be logged.
