eBay sniper - Repost - open to bidding

The coder for this project will design a module in PHP or another suitable language to run on website tantaluscoins.com. The app will let a user enter an eBay item number and perform a proxy bid with a few seconds remaining before auction close. Please see full details below. ## Deliverables For successful completion of this project the coder will need to accomplish the following: 1) Create a new section on website titled Manage Auctions 2) Manage Auctions page will have a form asking user to enter his eBay username and password. It will ask for a URL to the auction or an item number. It will also ask how many seconds before auction ends before submitting the bid 3) The same page will have a live list of auctions that user is bidding on. Each line item will be a link to that auction and include a thumbnail for the auction, his maximum price, current bid and a countdown until end of the auction. The line item should also allow user to modify his maximum bid and the ability to delete the auction from the list. I would like the page to look something like this mockup [login to view URL] 4) The code should run on an SSH encrypted page (there is a valid certificate) 5) The site has free accounts and paid accounts. This will be a paid account feature. 6) Coder will work on a duplicate of the site and when coding is complete will transfer code to live server.
