Edit An Existing Wordpress Website

I am in 1st place on oDesk/Upwork for the WordPress test and in the top 10% on Elance for the same test. I'm a new freelancer here so I'm bidding lower to gain some positive reviews and get my profile going on here. The homepage fixes described in the attached image look simple enough, and we can discuss what needs to be done with the About page. I know I don't live near Miami, but I can work remotely just fine and keep good communication throughout the project. It shouldn't take me too long to complete.
