Elevator organizing program with maintenance dep

I need the program to give reports monthly about: When the employee arrived the locations daily. When log out . ( it can be by clicking the employee arrived button and the location be saved automatically for approval for the manager) Name of location. Jops happened in the location. Fees collected. Time duration spent. Remarks . Jops need to do next visiting. Also i need a custom version of this program to my customers. So they can request a visit or a maintenance for thier elevator. And they can follow up the technician arrivals. Then they can record the customer satisfaction on program for the company management Plus extra features such as site full data. Collection dates. Work progress on each site . Task manager and reminder...etc
