Email Address Import

I need a program that will import email adresses from the addressbook of Yahoo Mail, MSN Hotmail, Gmail, AIM Mail into my site's addressbook. The user is presented with a list of the above. They click an option box to select which address they want to import. For each selection they are prompted to enter the username/password for the address box. Once addressbook selections are made (and username/passwords entered). They click next. The next screen list the email address and a check box to add. This process needs to check the email address against a table containing the user's emails in my site's address book (if they already exist, just indicate that they already exist -- no checkbox is presented). Once user has selected addresses to import. Then click next and this process send an invitation email to all of the checked email addresses.
