I have a website that I use to set up customers for my coupon business. The coupon gathers information, including emails, to receive offers. The emails are not coming through when a customer fills out the form. I have changed to an STMP provider to try to cure the issue but that did not work. Need someone to help fix. Screenshots show the backend tool. onepe is the homepage where my email is set up (not sure the reason other than as admin function) onepe1 is the email settings page in the admin panel that has the smtp setup info. I get no errors with this setup when a coupon is filled out, but when I change to an SMTP relay the coupon shows sending errors. onepe2 is the customer set up area and it has a different "from" address than the one that is the admin email.

Hello It's really hard to tell just by watching the screenshot what's the main issue. But if I am not wrong, The main issue is , Your website is not sending correct data to your SMTP provider. As I have been working with php for a long time , I also have knowledge about email mechanism as well as server issues. I think I can solve your problem in one or two hours. But it's always best to ask for extra time if later I find out the problem is in server. Whatever the case, I can solve your problem. Thank you very much.
