I need to create an online enrollment tool that for a pharmacy company that allows for 2 step verification (Text or email, for unknown devices login), where the customer can login and a create a profile with specified contact information, add health insurance info, a credit card (phase 2), Dr information, and verify they want to be contact with prescription updates, and tracking numbers via email, phone, or SMS.
The tool will require a backed login for Pharmacy Technicians to view/update patient profiles, send updates via email, or text, and be able to update with notes when a interaction happens with customer (system to log Tech name, date, notes, and prescription number (required field).
Will need a dashboard showing number or new registrations, text,email and phone contacts attempted, with the ability to filter by date, state, technician who contacted.
User roles will need to established, Super Admin, Manager, and Pharmacy technician. Ability to integrate with Contact center software (Open API for text and email, and possibly phone call).
Once created it will have to be hosted our server with limited access and prior approval to access once completed and live to update/maintain code and database.
