This is the first stage of a very large project.
We are looking for a very easy CRM to start off with. This CRM is used to manage our leads, which are generated over the internet. Here is what happens:
A student will click on a banner and will be redirected to a landing page. This landing page is already part of the project. The Landing page will have a flash or gif banner. Some text and a form to enter the name, first name, address, postal code, city, country, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth, memo field. This form will be in Chinese, the text will be delivered to you.
In addition to this the student will select the program interested from a combobox. Also the starting date will be defined from a combobox.
The data will then be registered inside the CRM and tagged as NEW (status) and WEBLEAD (source) and NONE (person in charge) and NONE (RAD). These are the default values
Workflow: When the lead comes in from the internet, then the admin will assign the lead to a RAD. When the RAD logs in the next time, he will see the new leads and can directly assign the leads to an EC (from a combobox). As soon as this is saved, the EC will see the lead in their “HOME” page, when they log in.
The admin interface is used to create new users. Each user will be assigned to one category. There will be 4 category of users. According to the category, the user will have more or less rights.
Admin: has all rights, he can see all leads and change all of them.
RAD: can only see the leads that have his name in it. So when a RAD logs in there will be a filter only showing his leads.
EC: The EC can only see the leads, that have been assigned to him, regardless of which RAD is responsible.
Agency. Can see only what has happened with the lead, however can only read, not edit or delete. The agency can create a new lead.
Each lead will have a large memo field and anyone can enter some information into it.
Each lead will have a combobox for the status. Whenever the status has been changed the date will be displayed. It does not have to be tracked, but the last date and time of the status change must be displayed.
The date and time when the lead was generated will also appear on the lead sheet.
There will be a reporting sheet listing the number of leads per status and the total number of leads.
There is also report showing which EC has how many leads.
Each EC can only see his leads. When the EC and the RADs login, then they will get to a HOME-page. Here they see all the leads, the status and the first 300 letters of the memo. They can change the memo field from there and also the status.
This project will be extremely large and if we see that you make a good job, we will work with you in the future.
