I'm seeking a web developer to make a responsive web application with a database back end to manage customers equipment. It will be account login and with paid services and notification capability by email and text.
This service will give a costumer access to the database of there equipment and its service history. The equipment database will be cross reference to a list of known list of issues from manufactures for flagging. Notifications will be emailed and text to owners and service person too. Also notifications will be sent out when annual equipment servicing is due too.
I'm wanting to get MVP built to take to market. There will be extra services added if this service becomes popular and income allows. Im open to using cheap or free template services. I was looking at using ASP.NET MVC with MySQL, but I'm open to other languages. I'm looking to find a developer I can work with long time too.
I have 90% of the web pages made up in Google Docs. With all the button and information presented for each page.
There will be 3 types of login.
To manage accounts and there information.
Add to the data base list of issues from the manufacturers
Who has access to see and edit there personal information
See and edit there equipment information
Find a service person from internal list
Report stolen parts
see when next service is due
will have a list of services coming up
list of issues from the past 12 months from all manufacturers
able to add and edit equipment from costumers list
add service entrees on equipment
equipment log (identification)
equipment service card
list of issues from manufacturers (I will have this information entered)
The equipment log will have one primary item with 3 other items attached to it.
Each item will have Make, Model, Serial #, DoM, comments and photo of equipment.
There is also service history log for the the equipment with date, location, work done, etc
The membership is a annual fee paid by the costumer. I would like to use Poli Payment and Bpay services for payment.
Costumers email and text will need to be verified with email links and pin numbers sent to ensure security.

I will have the Database made up in an excel sheet. As a guess there will be about 200 enters from about 30 manufactures. I can provide a short list for program development. Please mention 'Climbing' in your reply.
