The website is active and fully functional though we are partnering with other companies to expand our vacation rental listings. Currently, we service only the US but we want to expand our service to Worldwide. We need to connect with APIs to our partners to facilitate customer bookings. Listings and availabilities must be updated frequently and automatically. Must keep records of bookings, property managers information, invoice monthly and calculate outgoing monthly payments as needed. All information is received through XML files and APIs which needs to be imported into separate accounts identified by email address. Accounts will be created an maintained automatically. Rental listings will be created within the accounts. Similar functionality exists currently for importing listings and creating accounts.
Separate from the aforementioned:
We must require all organic accounts (homeowners, agents and managers) to validate themselves upon sign up using data derived from their favorite social network profile and a onetime credit card payment. Their validation will be briefly mentioned on their listings / profile. Listings can be created during the review period. Listings will need to be set as unpublished (hidden from public) until the full account is reviewed by staff and set to approved. We currently accept payments but not for this specific purpose.
Lastly, we want to keep track of all the failed custom searches (which should just be a matter of turning it back on and maybe adding a couple lines of code) and also, tracking failed listing creations / updates of organic users.
