Expert wordpress designer needed

This jobs is to edit two sites of mine. We are a design driven company, so having the sites looking beautiful is [url removed, login to view] need someone fast and experienced.

I hired a freelancer to do very simple work on my website, and they have ruined the design, and the site is no longer functioning as it should. It needs to be quickly restored within 24 hours.

Except we need four small boxes underneath for competitions and so on (like [url removed, login to view]). In addition, the slider box needs to be able to take images of various sizes, so we probably need a new plug in for that, and it can be a little thinner if necessary but the same width. I have screen shots I have put below to show how it should look - the promotion boxes (in second line now) there are too big and should be BELOW the slider.
We also have a new logo to be inserted which may require font changes to match
The second site is [url removed, login to view] which simply needs the back end fixed as right now it is in code and needs to be in words the same as the other WP sites above.
On [url removed, login to view] we need a clearer way for people to search for locations and stories as it is a travel site.
